Urbanity Campus Tachov received the prestigious award of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic awarded in the Building of the Year competition of the Pilsen Region

Urbanity Real Estate Group has won another award for its outstanding achievement in industrial architecture and its novel revitalisation of a brownfield site. On 12 September, the GAMA building at Urbanity Campus Tachov was awarded the prestigious Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic prize in the Building of the Year competition of the Pilsen Region, which was received by Markéta Šimáčková, COO and Deputy CEO, and Roland Hofman, co-founder and CEO of Urbanity, at the ceremony.

DSV buys Schenker for €14 billion

DSV adds another entry in its rich history of acquisitions. It announced its largest transaction to date, the purchase of Schenker from Deutsche Bahn. The value of the acquisition is €14.3 billion (nearly CZK 360 billion), DSV said. The company will finance the purchase with €4-5 billion in equity and debt.
