Panattoni announces tenant in Zdice and signing of memorandum in Karviná

Two new products on the Czech market have been announced these days by the developer Panattoni. Noviko Animal Health, a member of the Covetrus Group, which supplies dog, cat and other pet food under the Calibra brand, is a new tenant at its premises in Zdice, Central Bohemia. And last week, its representatives signed a memorandum of cooperation on the Panattoni Smart Park Karviná industrial zone with neighbouring towns and institutions.

UDI Group sold its D1 site. Sázava Logistics Park acquired by SEGRO European Logistics Partnership

International developer UDI Group has sold off its logistics site on the 34th kilometre of the D1 motorway. Sázava Logistics Park is now owned by the British group SEGRO European Logistics Partnership. Both parties have agreed not to comment on the sale price.

Concens Investments changes to Gridarch

Czech property developer Concens Investments changed its brand name to Gridarch in April 2025. All of its new development projects will bear the single name Gridarch Park, with the exception of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, which is already established and has established itself as a Central European logistics hub. The company has also changed its headquarters. Its Prague headquarters is now located at Revoluční 1, Prague 1.

Prologis: Public Sector, Investors and Consumers Expect Corporate Interest in Sustainability

Nearly nine out of ten consumers experience the impacts of climate change first-hand in their daily lives and more than 40% of Europeans take environmental considerations into account when making purchasing decisions. Managers of large investment funds are focusing on ESG strategies and the public sector in Western Europe is initiating "green procurement". Sustainability is thus becoming an essential factor for growth, regardless of sector, business strategy and target group. This is according to the findings of the Prologis 2025 Supply Chain Outlook Report.

AUTODOC, one of the largest online retailers of automotive components, will have a distribution centre in Cheb

AUTODOC, Europe's leading online retailer of automotive parts and accessories, has chosen Panattoni Park Cheb South, which is being built by developer Panattoni, for its expansion into the Czech market. The 31,500 sqm automated distribution centre will offer excellent transport connections thanks to its geographical location, but also the elements of a state-of-the-art green industrial property, as it will be connected to a building that was the first project in the Czech Republic to receive an "Outstanding" sustainability rating and a record score of 90.68% according to the BREEAM global sustainability certification.

The former Zátiší barracks in Pilsen are coming to life: CTP signs first lease in CTPark Plzeň Kasárny, continues transformation of brownfield into a modern business centre

CTP, Europe's largest listed industrial developer, continues to transform nearly 65,000 sqm of brownfield land in Pilsen into a modern business centre. Upon completion, CTPark Plzeň Kasárny will provide flexible, energy-efficient space for manufacturing, R&D and logistics, reflecting current market needs. The park's first tenants, MITO LIGHT and Avenier as, will find a strategic base for their further growth, confirming CTP's vision to transform the former Kasárna Zátiší into a dynamic centre for business, research and innovation in the West Bohemian region. The handover of the premises to both clients is planned for autumn 2025.

Brownfield after the former Poldi Kladno comes to life. The first tenant in the new industrial zone will be the company HAVI

HAVI Logistics s.r.o. will be the first tenant in Panattoni Business Park Kladno, which is being built on the brownfield site of the former Poldi Kladno. The first hall will have a total area of 55,500 m². HAVI will lease almost 10,000 m² on which it will operate a logistics centre for the storage and distribution of frozen and chilled products to its customers. Construction of the hall began on 7 March this year and is scheduled for completion on 1 April 2026. The new industrial zone will contribute to the revival of the region's industrial tradition and will bring new job opportunities and modern sustainable technologies. The developer of the project is Panattoni and the investor is RSJ Group.

Czech and Slovak industrial properties are rapidly modernizing - 108 REAL ESTATE introduces a new classification

The quality of warehouse and manufacturing real estate in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is rapidly increasing. VGP, a European owner, manager and developer of industrial and logistics properties, has achieved full occupancy at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City. Mailstep, the market leader in complex logistics for e-shops in the CEE region, has leased the remaining 18,800 m² of warehouse and operational space in halls B and C. These premises will meet high environmental standards and are aiming for BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification.
