Zásilkovna took over the extension of Arete Park Plzeň Borská Pole for use

The Arete Group has recently completed the expansion of the industrial park in Pilsen at Borská pole and handed it over to the tenant, Zásilkovna, for use. The total leasable area owned by Arete Industrial has increased to 172,264 sqm.

The extension also increased the total lettable area of Arete Industrial to 172,264 sqm. The share of logistics by area at the existing Arete Parks in the total portfolio of the fund in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is now at 57%. The overall exposure of the portfolio between the countries is as follows: 59% Czech Republic, 41% Slovakia.

A dense network of outlets in the Czech Republic and abroad is essential for Zásilkovna, with dozens more opening every month. For its operations, it needs premium shipping and storage facilities, such as those in Arete Park Plzeň Borská pole.

The location of Borská pole was already a center of production and logistics in the region in the past. Nowadays, it extends even further and provides a base for high-tech research and development centers and other highly skilled activities.
