Industrial hall in Teplice

Specifications:

This is a five-bay production and warehouse hall with social and administrative facilities.

The three naves of the hall have a steel supporting structure walled with brickwork. The dimensions of each of the ships of the hall are 18 m x 114 m. The total area of the three ships is 6 156 m².

The roof is covered with rooflights by ladder panels with bituminous cardboard covering. The floors are concrete with load bearing capacity for engineering production.

Crane tracks are located in the hall at a height of 8 m:

• In the first aisle - 1x 12,5 t and 2x 5 t
• In the second aisle - 1x 12,5 t and 1x 5 t
• In the third ship - 1x 12.5 t and 2x 5 t

The two ships of the hall have a steel structure with brickwork. The dimensions of the hall ships are 15 m x 114 m and 18 m x 114 m. The total area of the premises is 3 762 m².

The roof with skylights is covered by collection panels with bituminous cardboard covering. The floors are concrete with load bearing capacity for engineering production.

Crane tracks are located in the hall at a height of 8 m:

• In the first aisle - 1x 12,5 t and 1x 5 t
• In the second aisle - 1x 12,5 t and 1x 5 t

There are two entrances to the hall - a door with dimensions (w x h) 5.05 m x 4.95 m with the possibility of extension by 1.85 m x 4 m and entrance gates 4.1 m and 4.15 m.

The height of the halls is a minimum of 10.4 m.

There is 1 MW of electricity and 1 MW of gas available for the above hall, together with sufficiently sized water and sewerage connections.

The entire area is guarded by a 24-hour CCTV security system and physical security.

Location:

Access to the site is possible from Jateční Street on a paved asphalt road.

All roads and parking and handling areas in the premises are also paved asphalt.

The roads and areas are structurally adapted for use by heavy trucks, including oversized special trucks.
