The Hradec Králové Region has a high-quality workforce that is based on an industrial tradition. Among the important processing industries are primarily the textile industry, engineering, food and beverage production, metalworking, rubber and plastic industries, and the region is home to companies and enterprises of national significance. A more pronounced orientation towards light industry has led to the fact that the local industrial base consists mostly of small and medium-sized companies.

Karlovy Vary region, geographically on the borders between Bohemia, Bavaria and Saxony is now facing the challenges of transforming its energy sector that heavily depends on coal to environmentaly friendly alternatives. Because of the significant coal related boom, it has one of the key stocks of brownfields suitable for industrial development within the Czech Republic. One of the most recent successful business cases is construction of BMW Group development centre in Sokolov at a site of former mining operations. Besides, the regions is well known for its glass, ceramics, porcelain and other non-metal mineral products manufacturing tradition.

The Liberec region has a predominantly industrial character. The glass and jewelry industry, the production and processing of plastics, engineering and the processing industry with a close connection to the production of automobiles are mainly developed. The traditional textile industry has lost its dominant position as a result of the downturn in recent years. Olomouc and nearby Přerov are important railway hubs, the dense railway network runs evenly throughout the entire territory of the region. Worth mentioning is the industrial park in Kojetín built for Amazon, which has been operating a robotic distribution center here since June 2023. The material used for the construction of the center was brought here by railway, which made the construction environmentally friendly.

The South Bohemian Region is traditionally associated mainly with agriculture, but the manufacturing industry is also represented here, specifically the automotive industry and the food industry. Faurecia, DURA Automotive and Linde Pohony are represented here. According to the strategy, the region's priority sectors are biotechnology, engineering, mechatronics and the automotive and textile industries. The region also cooperates with neighboring Austria and Germany in the areas of manufacturing, services and tourism, as well as in technology transfer and education.

Located in the centre of the Czech Republic, the Pardubice Region is an attractive region thanks not only to its high degree of safety, housing quality, health and life satisfaction, but also to its long industrial tradition. The dominant role in the region’s economy is played by the manufacturing industry, which is driven by enterprises buttressed by their own research. The region is home to large companies that develop, produce and sell innovative final products and are competitive on the European and global scale, as well as innovation champions among small and medium-sized enterprises with a significant proportion of their own research at the international level, particularly in radio technology, chemistry and biomedicine.

Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is the country's largest city and an important cultural and economic center. It contributes a significant portion of the nation's GDP and boasts a rich historical and architectural heritage. Ústí region is a medium size region with strategic location, as it is located on an important traffic artery connecting Prague and Dresden and is adjacent to German Saxony. There is also a growing presence of creative companies supported by the Zlín Creative Cluster, known for their successful product and technology designs.

Central Bohemian region is the largest region in the Czech Republic and is economically highly interconnected to Prague. Major companies like Škoda Auto, TMMCZ, Valeo, Amazon, Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, and Lego have their headquarters or operations in Central Bohemia.
