An industrial area of 111,000 sqm is being built in Pohořelice

Garbe has obtained a building permit for the second phase of the Garbe Park Brno South project in Pohořelice, approximately 30 kilometres south of Brno. The total area of the site is expected to reach approximately 111,000 sqm upon completion (about the size of 20 Wenceslas Square in Prague).
In the second phase of construction, two buildings of 60,000 and 20,000 square metres will be built. Together with the first phase, which includes two additional buildings, there will be a total of four halls on the site.
According to the company's press release, the new facilities will be completed within eight months of the start of construction. The project also includes a retail area to serve not only the employees of the complex, but also residents of the surrounding communities. A similar model is already in place at Garbe Park in České Budějovice.
Garbe has been operating in the Czech Republic for five years and has so far built industrial parks in České Budějovice, Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří.
