CTP expands its portfolio: Newly acquired CTPark Pardubice Rosice strengthens its position as a developer in a promising region

CTP, the largest developer of logistics and industrial real estate in the Czech Republic, has expanded its portfolio by another strategic location. The newly acquired CTPark Pardubice Rosice provides 52,000 m² of production and warehouse space in two stand-alone CTSpace halls. There are currently 14,739 m² available for immediate lease.
The acquisition, completed on 6 May 2025, confirms CTP's confidence in the Pardubice region as a promising centre for modern industry and logistics. Pardubice benefits from excellent transport accessibility, a skilled workforce and an established industrial tradition. These factors are behind CTP's decision to expand its operations in the area where it already successfully operates CTPark Pardubice.
Jakub Kodr, CTP Managing Director for the Czech Republic, says:
"Pardubice has long been a proven location for high-tech manufacturing and logistics. We believe that the new park in Rosice will further strengthen the attractiveness of this region. We have decided to acquire a fully operational facility that is ready for rapid use by our clients thanks to its finished floors, docks and drive-ins."
The park is strategically located on the outskirts of Pardubice, close to the I/37 expressway, just minutes from the city centre and the international airport. Also crucial is the construction of the D35 motorway corridor, an important traffic artery connecting Pardubice with Olomouc. The wider region is home to over 500,000 inhabitants, which, together with the presence of the University of Pardubice, provides good access to a technically educated workforce. Current tenants include 2VV and 4Camping.
Kristýna Dinebierová, Business Developer at CTP, concludes:
"We are committed to sustainability in all our parks. Also in Rosice we are planning to install photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the halls and other elements that reduce the energy consumption of the operation. The buildings are aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification, a standard that reflects the demands of our clients and our own responsibility towards the environment."
