Conseq and Accolade complete acquisition of industrial building from 7R in Poland

The second oldest real estate fund in the Czech Republic available to the general public, Conseq real estate, has added another foreign asset to its management. The hall in Bílsko-Biała, Poland, is the fourth addition to its portfolio this year. Conseq will hold a 90% stake in the project, with Accolade holding the remaining 10%.
Together with Accolade, an international investor in industrial infrastructure, Conseq acquired the property from 7R, a developer of high-quality commercial real estate active in the Polish and Czech markets. The 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I site is currently fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland. It comprises more than 20,000 sqm of production and office space tailored to the tenant's core business activities, including warehousing and logistics.
The property is located in the Międzyrzecze area near the Silesian town of Bielsko-Biała and offers excellent accessibility due to its proximity to major transport routes, which also increases Aluprof's logistics efficiency. The building has achieved BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level.
"This year we have been very active on the acquisition side - since the beginning of the year we have already made four new additions to our portfolio. This acquisition in Poland continues our long-term strategy of geographic and sector diversification and also reflects our expectation that investor activity in the warehouse and logistics sector will continue to recover in the coming months," comments Vladan Kubovec, portfolio manager of the Conseq real estate fund.
"During Accolade's ten-year presence in Poland, we have managed to create a network of modern industrial parks with an area of more than 1.6 million sqm. This acquisition confirms that the combination of regional knowledge, quality locations and partnerships with strong tenants works in the long term. Our collaboration with Conseq real estate has worked well for us in the past. We greatly appreciate that it continues internationally and allows us to further expand our portfolio in a market we trust," said Lukáš Répal, COO of Accolade.
The seller was advised by SKJB Szybkowski Kuźma Jeleń Brzoza-Ostrowska. Norton Rose Fulbright provided legal support to Conseq and Accolade.
Accolade also took on the role of asset manager of the complex after the acquisition.
