The P3 Prague Horní Počernice industrial park has created a 25,000 square metre sales gallery offering over a thousand cars. The main hall of almost 10,000 sqm, supplemented by outdoor areas, provides space for more than 1,000 vehicles, ranging from new and used models to commercial vehicles and motorhomes. The building was originally used to store electronics and has been completely renovated to accommodate cars.

The P3 Prague Horní Počernice complex offers facilities for a wide range of companies - from the e-commerce segment to manufacturing companies. The Direct auto centre represents a step towards sales and services, in other words a move from industrial development to retail, as Jan Andrus, head of leasing at P3 Logistic Parks (Czech Republic), says.

One of the factors behind Direct auto's decision to develop its project in Horní Počernice was the location of the site. The site offers visibility from the D10 motorway, a direct connection to the city ring road and close proximity to the Černý Most shopping area. At the same time, it met all the car dealer's requirements: large outdoor areas, the possibility of fencing, public transport accessibility and motorway accessibility for test drives.

At the same time, the flexibility of the hall space allowed for adjustments according to the tenant's needs. "The main, almost 10,000 m² hall, which was originally used for electronics storage, has been completely renovated to accommodate the automotive and retail operations. Next to the hall, a large-capacity car park was created," says Ondřej Hráský, head of constructions in P3's Czech team.

At the same time, the hall meets the standard of representative premises for the provision of financial services. The building provides comfortable administrative space and customer service facilities. The result is a multifunctional complex where, in addition to the presentation and sale of cars, visitors will also find an observation tower, a café, a chillout zone and a children's corner.

"We thought about every detail from the atmosphere to the way we work with clients," says Jáchym Knedlhans, director of Direct Auto Park.

According to a statement from Direct auto, the car dealership's offer includes a wide range of brands with a strong representation of Škoda, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Renault, KIA, Ford, Mercedes and others. Commercial vehicles are also on offer.
