Concens Investments changes to Gridarch

Czech property developer Concens Investments has changed its brand name to Gridarch in April 2025. All its new development projects will bear the single name Gridarch Park, with the exception of the already established Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, which has established itself as a Central European logistics hub. The company has also changed its headquarters. Its Prague headquarters is now located at Revoluční 1, Prague 1.

"With my arrival at the head of the company in early 2024, we have adopted a corporate strategy of significant expansion. We are succeeding in fulfilling our plans, both by expanding the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park and by preparing the construction of other commercial and industrial zones and purchasing building land in strategic locations. The business expansion also necessitated the company's personnel growth, where we are increasing our project team, as well as new premises in the centre of Prague, where we have built a new representative headquarters. The entire corporate transformation is completed by our new corporate identity and new brand under which we have been operating since mid-April," says Tomáš Novotný, CEO of Gridarch.

Gridarch (formerly Concens Investments) is a Czech property development company focused on the development, construction and leasing of modern industrial and logistics properties. In 2018, it started construction of Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Ostrava Mosnov, which currently (5/2025) comprises 300,000 sqm of prime industrial real estate. Part of the site is owned by the US investment company EQT Real Estate (formerly EQT Exeter). Gridarch is working on the development of other commercial and industrial zones.
