Completion of Logicor Prague-Průmyslová Park: Last mile logistics solution in Prague

Logicor, a major owner, developer and manager of logistics properties in Europe, has completed the construction of the new Logicor Prague-Průmyslová logistics and manufacturing park, located in the heart of Prague's industrial zone.
The site offers 21,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, is located just 5 km from the centre of Prague and has excellent connections to all key motorways D0, D1, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D10 and D11. Excellent public transport accessibility ensures a smooth flow of goods and convenient transport links for employees.
Logicor Prague-Průmyslová is ideal for fast, flexible urban logistics and reliable last-mile deliveries. The building itself is divided into four independent units, which can also be combined to allow clients to grow flexibly within the space. The unrivalled strategic location provides seamless connections to Prague and key regional and international markets.
The project has been developed to high sustainability standards in accordance with BREEAM "Very Good" certification. Modern photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roofs, contributing to the production of green electricity. There are also charging stations for electric vehicles and the entire site uses energy-saving LED lighting with DALI system. The facility also includes smart docks with IoT-connected gates and an automated control system that allows the gates to be monitored and controlled remotely. Smart metering helps to accurately manage and reduce energy consumption. Offices are provided with the comfort of glass facades with shading systems that bring in maximum daylight and save on air conditioning costs. Landscaping with native plant species supports local biodiversity. The site also has the well-being and safety of its users in mind: convenient access for cyclists, ready-made infrastructure for electric vehicles and automatic entrances with license plate recognition ensure smooth and safe traffic.
Since 1935, a spring factory called Pérovna stood on the site of today's Logicor Prague-Průmyslová, from where products were shipped all over the world. During the communist era, the factory was nationalised and only in 1994 was it returned to its original owners. The site gradually changed hands before Logicor acquired it for revitalisation and conversion into a modern logistics centre. Demolition of the original factory began in August 2024. Soon after, the first column was erected and the project was completed in October 2025. Kajima was the general contractor.
Pavel Rufert, director of Logicor Czech Republic, said:
"The excellent location of the Logicor Prague-Průmyslová site makes it an ideal backdrop for companies operating urban logistics, 3PL, parcel depot or e-shops, for example, as well as manufacturing or a combination of corporate headquarters and showroom. The close proximity to the centre of Prague means that customer demand can be served efficiently, quickly and sustainably within 30 minutes across Prague."
Alžběta Pastrnková, Asset Manager at Logicor Czech Republic, added:
"Logicor Prague-Průmyslová is the next step in our growth strategy in key markets, bringing our customers modern and sustainable logistics space ready for their future needs. We have designed the project to rigorous sustainability standards with the aim of achieving BREEAM 'Very Good' certification. It includes photovoltaic panels, intelligent LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations and smart metering. We believe that this project's emphasis on both efficiency and a pleasant working environment delivers high and lasting value to our clients."
