Raben warehouse has been built at record speed at Panattoni Park Stříbro

The developer had started construction work at the most difficult time, when the Czech Republic was imposing an extensive set of quarantine measures, and it also had to deal with delays due to archaeological research. However, thanks to the good coordination of the construction and the extreme commitment shown by the contractor, the 10,000 sq m building was finally handed over for use as originally planned.

"If I wore a hat, I’d take it off to them now. The team working on this project has done a great job in recent months and has not slept much. If I was to exaggerate slightly, I would say that we built it via the Internet and over the phone, because due to the measures to stop the spread of COVID-19, the client’s representatives could not visit the construction site in person. I am all the more pleased that, looking at the final product, you wouldn’t be able to tell. In addition, the hall aspires to an Excellent-level rating in the BREEAM environmental certification,” said Pavel Sovička, Panattoni’s Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, adding: “Three years ago we built a food storage hall in Hořovice for Raben. I am glad that we have managed to follow that up with another successful project.”
